Homeownership Institute isa nonprofit public education corporation created to promote home ownership. There are numerous, little known, programs that offer, low to moderate income,homebuyers, subsidized interest rates as well as help with downpayment and closing costs. Our mission is to publicize these programs, throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, through seminars. Our volunteers, who donate their time, have backgrounds in real-estate, mortgage and appraisal.
